approach

The Willow Family Therapy approach is warm, practical, and holistic.  When you enter into therapy, your therapist will work closely with you to help you assess your situation, identify the issues that need to be addressed, and put together an action plan to meet your needs.  Registered Marriage and Family Interns are provided ongoing supportive supervision and training, and have been selected by Ms. Perez for their skill, compassion, and potential.  Our counselors work from a strengths-based perspective, and will actively seek to build upon your own internal wisdom and strength.  Depending on your needs, a variety of specialized therapeutic techniques are utilized to support you in reaching your therapeutic goals.
